Very brief, lots of questions about current job, aspirations.
Very casual but also very informative. Make sure you ask ahead to see if they need copies of your resume and such.

What is an important aspect of making customers happy?
The interview process was easy and quick and I got the job the same day. It was very simple and lasted about 15 minutes. I met the store director at the store.
They just asked you to talk about yourself and more about the experience you have. They go more into detail by giving you scenarios on how you would deal with a customer.
Interview process was simple - met with the store manager in the mall and talked about why I was interested in working there and what the basic expectations were for the role.
