Interview
Quick interview directly with the owner.
Lots of questions, he was prepared and liked to challenge answers. Negotiated the salary, not much room for movement and he wanted to pay less then what i was currently earning.
They have HR dept, who do the interview scheduling part, owner takes interview by himself. Pls be prepare to face a fast paced interview. The office Environment felt warm & enthusiastic. Only concern was they don't want to pay more & you have to negotiate hard to achieve what you need. Also they don't have good health insurance which i came to know later.
