Customary procedures about mistakes, strengths, etc. There were two people, one of which is their publisher contact. Just same old questions and did not feel pressure-filled. They were very professional and nice and I felt very confident after leaving that interview. They called a few days later and I was offered the job pending a drug test and background check.
