Excellent, The Executive Chef st that time was excellent and didn't play, The one they have now need an urine and blood test done randomly. All employees need this done. How can an operation be conducted with people whom can't separate business from pleasure. Welcome to America at least what's left of it...

Interview
The interview process was more or less "Why do you wanna work here?" They asked basic stuff but being that it was a new location they were simply looking for fresh bodies to train and get onto the line. They peddled this team "family" type crap, that really fades as soon as the location got started.
