Magic Waters Waterpark interview questions

This hiring process is a joke. They are so desperate for lifeguards that they will hire anyone and everyone. This results in immature and irresponsible teenagers guarding the lives of people that come through the doors of the park. Many of these people can't handle to long hours in the heat and end up quitting half way through the summer anyway.

Multiple people get interviewed at a time. You walk into the room and a bunch of tables are set up. You are sent to one table where one person asks you questions and another writes down your answers. It is pretty laid back. A lot of other people were wearing outfits like jeans and t-shirts. I wore a dress because I think it's a appropriate to dress up for an interview no matter what the job is.
