Interviewed by current manager and HR rep both technical and behavioural situations were asked in a thoughrpugh interview. The interview lasted over an hour and each person asked question in rapid fire session

I attended 3 teams meetings and 2 on-site interviews. This included multiple technical discussions and sessions on whether id be a good cultural fit. I struggled to understand the way they interviewed me as a potential senior member of staff. The process was broken with very little continuity. A lot of information needed to be repeated.
