During HR discussion, one tricky thing they might ask you fill joining form before releasing the offer letter. Just to ensure you will not take benefit of your offer,
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Magna International (St. Pölten, Lower Austria) in Mar 2026
Interview
2 rounds of interview.
1st was the HR round.
2nd was the tech+ managerial round.
The 1st interview went well.
The 2nd interview went very well too but I think it was a ghost job with internal hiring.
The Interviewer gave a vague answer on why i was not selected.

3 rounds of interview with 2 technical and 1 hr.
Interview involves questions on technical knowledge and 1 or 2 problems. Problems on arrays and you can solve using 2 pointer or bubble sort approach
