I only got to the hiring manager.
Nice set of people, laser focused on what they want in a candidate. Treated me fairly and they were easy to get along with.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Magnet Forensics
Interview
The interview process at Magnet Forensics started with an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by a discussion with a director about my experience and motivations. I then had a technical and soft skills interview with the support team.
After these rounds, I was informed that the company was delaying decisions due to a sales week. The following week, I followed up and was told they were still shortlisting candidates. The week after that, I was reassured that I was still under consideration. However, after another follow-up, I was informed that they had already extended an offer to another candidate without proceeding to the final interview stage.
The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication made the process frustrating and unprofessional from a candidate’s perspective.
