Interview
Interviewer began by checking my understanding of the company and its history. She asked questions about my most recent position and relevant experience. She checked understanding of sales process and how you can quickly close a sale. She asked for examples of high value sales achieved, how they were achieved and prev. sales targets worked to.
She asked for an example of when you make a mistake / something had not gone to plan and what you did to rectify the situation.
She asked for an example of using problem solving abilities / critical thinking to ach

Question 1
What would you do if your customer called you up complaining that their kitchen has arrived at their house, but it has the incorrect doors?
Competency base questions, easy and very relaxed, met the team and the store manager was engaging. Really straightforward, if you have relevant experience the process is a walk in the park. That said, the role can be intense as you are expected to wear a lot of hats; so you need to be adaptable.

Pretty smooth process, 3 stage interview process, first telephone with recruitment, then in person with store manager, then potentially with regional manager. Everything was very smooth, and HR was pretty organised.
