Recruiter had reached out to me and we had a quick interview. She put my resume in front of the hiring manager. I had 2 rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and another senior leader at the company.

Followed by a video interview with the Director - fairly informal based on previous experience and skills etc
Next stage interview involving a panel of three people, formal presentation and competency based questions

Interview
The initial interview included a video call with Talent Acquisition, followed by a further interview with one of the Directors based in the UK.
Communication during and after the interview was extremely poor with no feedback being provided post interview, despite chasing up. For a gloabl business with an internal recruitment team this is unacceptable and reflects badly on the organisation.
