Very drawn out- applied and received an email asking more information, then went through a phone interview, then an in person interview. The whole process took over a month and then after working for almost a month, they said they needed more references.

Very smooth interview process, comfortable, the interviewer was super kind, and I even got hired on the spot! I enjoyed how the interviewer listened to me and understood my concerns about my previous employer and answered all the questions I had.
