Interviewed with president of company. Very informal feel, we had a conversation. That has changed some since I was hired. Interviews usually are with all the company team leaders.

Interview
First I want to say this is a great company that was built from the ground up by a family. This interview was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been on. I was asked several personal questions that are illegal to ask someone in an interview. Not you typical interview questions at all. I think it's unfortunate that the owner doesn't not know there is an employee representing his company in this manner. This is not the standard of excellence this company strives for.
