I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Magnolia Innovation (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2019
Interview
Had two phone interviews and then an in person interview that lasted about 3 hours. The take home assignment was incredibly long and time consuming- I would have been fine with that if I wasn't already working 80 hours a week. Interview was fine and when they emailed me saying I didn't get the job, all I asked for was feedback... seeing that I spent over 15 hours on phone calls, working on the take home, and interviewing, I thought I deserved a response. But nothing.

Simple behavioral questions and questions about my background, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Magnolia Innovation (New York, NY)
Interview
Two phone interviews (general questions about experience, reasons for wanting the position, a few behavioral questions) Once case study presentation (was given an assignment and presented my solution via PPT) Three video interviews afterwards
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Magnolia Innovation in Oct 2020
Interview
I completed two thirty minute phone interviews and was then invited to the final stage of interviewing which included presenting a case study to three employees (and individual interviews with each of these employees). Preparing the case study presentation was pretty time-intensive (more than 10 hours). I received a lot of positive feedback during the presentation and the individual interviews also went reasonably well. And then I never heard back from them! I sent several follow-up emails and did not receive any answers. Extremely unprofessional and rude given how much time they are expecting candidates to invest into the interviewing process.
