Interview was short, was not clear what they were looking for, the second interview was with the technical management who knew very little about design. They record you and share it with the design team I assume. For a company that have an original recruitment system they are un-original to interview people.

Our goal is always to create a transparent and engaging experience for candidates. If at any point something feels unclear, we encourage candidates to use the time with us to ask questions and seek clarification, as interviews are a two-way conversation. Recording parts of the process allows our design team to review backgrounds and experience thoroughly, without leaving out important details, even if they cannot join every session.
