Unstructured and loose. Mostly just being told about the job description and the day to day work Moreno than really interviewing. It was kind of an informal interview process that didn't give a very good picture of the actual role.

A friend told me that they were hiring. I sent a resume and was hired about a week later. It was not a real process, there were no interviewers and I started training when a project opened up.

Interview

No interview. They hire everyone who sends a resume and weed people out after that. It's a weird place. They want degrees, but a 10yo could do the job because it requires no thinking at all. In fact, if you think too much, you'll be bad at it.
