Casual— you watch a video before the interview that explains your role and their expectations. The interview allows for you to ask questions and make sure that you will vibe with the crew.
I had a brief phone interview and then was interviewed again via zoom, just a few short questions asking about relevant experience in the maritime field as well as hospitality (bartending/ serving/ etc)
