Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview and it ended up being a rather unpleasant experience. Firstly, the interviewer didn't sound particularly enthusiastic. Secondly, when she asked what I was looking for, salary-wise (an odd question for just a phone interview, but whatever) and I told her, she LAUGHED at me. Audibly LAUGHED. My desired salary was not out of the range for a similar role, and what I had been receiving at my previous job. I was insulted and turned off almost immediately. Additionally, she asked me what other roles I had been looking for (a common question) but then asked me how my other interviews had been going. I don't really understand why that's their business, and it made me very uncomfortable. They wanted me to complete a personality assessment of some kind as a next step, but after the weird interview and seeing all the poor reviews on Glassdoor, I withdrew my candidacy.

Interview
I had a phone interview that took over a month to schedule because the recruiter was incredibly flaky. He would schedule something and fail to call me, or even send an email to cancel the call. Instead he would send me an email a few hours later to let me know he was sorry and he was busy. Incredibly unprofessional.
After the phone interview, I came in and met the cofounder and the director of the team, and a few of my future coworkers.
A lot of hoops to jump through for an entry level position.

Interview
First I had a phone call with the team supervisor (felt very much like a get-to-know-you). About one week later I came in for an interview with head of HR, three different managers, and one of the founders (all 5 of them gave me a pretty different idea of what the position would consist of). A couple weeks later I had a video interview with the CEO (was actively trying to get me to speak poorly about myself but my curve skills are at level 100). Then they checked my reference. I was eventually offered the position. It was a way longer and more demanding interview process than it needed to be for an entry-level position.
