It was effective in the sense that they asked all required questions and trained us well with their software. They also provided comfort and gave a welcoming environment which made the overall process really easy to transition into.

Very relaxed, friendly, well thought out, and accommodating. The interview was conducted remotely with the partner and HR manager, both were very approachable and personable. Both were interested in me, my, history and my goals.
