Malaysia Airports interview questions

Interview was challenging, there are 3 panels from the department and 1 from HR. The invterview was conducted in a small room. You have to prepare a slide presentation for your introduction. Then only they will ask questions

I applied online. Before the interview started, we were asked to complete a personality test. The interview was scheduled online, but it started late, and I was left waiting for couple of minutes. Then, during the interview, they gave us a timed task and instructed us to transfer some data using our own knowledge and the fastest method we could think of. I used an approach that I believed was efficient. However, one of the panelists told me in a passive aggressive way that there was actually a simpler way and mentioned that they value speed because they have a lot of work. I took it in a good way After that, they asked me to write an article based on one a case study. I began by drafting a headline, but one panelist stopped me and asked why I wasn’t using chatgpt. I found that confusing. There was no indication that AI tools were encouraged or even allowed. I assumed they were trying to assess my actual writing skills, not how well I could outsource the task to a tool. Later in the interview, during a more casual conversation, I was asked to introduce myself and share my personality type. I said I was a lion, and one of the panelists commented that he thought I seemed more like a peacock, which felt like a subtle jab at me for being confident about my experience. But in an interview, isn’t that what you’re supposed to do? Present your strengths and background in the best light? Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated. I didn’t feel like I had a fair opportunity to fully express myself or demonstrate what I could bring to the team. The environment felt rigid, with some panelists seeming stuck in outdated ways of thinking. It came across more judgmental than open or constructive.
