Interview
Spent 45 minutes filling out paperwork. Many interview questions were written out which made it easier to answer because I had more time to think of a response. After that, a panel interview where they asked about relevant past experience, explained the full job and benefits package, and gave a tour of the facility.

Interview
The interview started with a quick phone screen where I was asked the very basic questions. It was about two or three weeks until I received a call for an in person interview. At that time I met with the current HR Coordinator and then I moved on the the person that would be supervising that particular role. THe interview itself lasted approximately forty five minutes and it was fairly standard. There is a pretty in depth background check and drug screen.
