I applied and heard a response for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was very easy, and the person I spoke with said she would get back to me with in-store interviews within a week. It has been three weeks and I still haven't heard a response from them. This is extremely unprofessional on their end because they should have had the courtesy to respond in a timely fashion, instead of pulling a classic ghosting move. If the company, especially the HR, had such a hard time handling this situation, I'm scared to see what their HR situation is like for employees.

Applied online. Had three interviews, a phone interview and in-person interview with HR, in-person interview with store manager. It was nice to see the corporate design office during the interview process. HR gave me a tour of the office after the interview.
