I found the position online and contacted them. I had a phone interview and then at the end of the call we scheduled a interview at the facility. The in person interview was with 3 people and they showed me where I would work, working conditions and all the perks. It was a really fun interview and not stressful. No offer was extended at the time because they had multiple applicants and needed to dicuss.
