I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Nibley, Cache, UT) in June 2018
Interview
In my interview process, the environment was laid back and casual. I was interviewed by two individuals who were very professional and genuinely interested in me and how I would fit into the Malouf atmosphere. It took about 45 minutes, during that time I was fortunate to learn about them and as they asked questions they learned more about me. At the end of the interview, they asked me if I liked free stuff which caught me off guard but they offered me a pillow, and I soon realized the gift was a part of the culture they have created at Malouf. I felt during the interview that they were truly interested in me and finding out whether or not I was a good fit for the position. It was a great experience and, I hope to one day be a part of the Malouf team.

Question 1
What do you feel are your strengths and how would they help in the position you are applying for?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Logan, UT) in Sept 2018
Interview
I'll start this review with an oxymoron, "painless interview" I have never had such a pleasurable interview. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview. The interviewers were friendly and kind, and never made me feel like I was under pressure. There was a set list of questions, but I never felt like they were probing. I have never walked away from an interview feeling as calm and excited as I did from this one.

Question 1
How would you respond to a review where the poster lied about their experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Malouf Careers (Logan, UT) in July 2018
Interview
The interview process was very clear and pleasant. I applied online, took a resume in, got an email to schedule an interview, interviewed with a panel of two, got an email for a second interview, interviewed with a panel of three, and then got a job offer. They were always specific about when I would hear back from them and kept in touch regularly.
