Malt Intern Business Development interview questions

The first stage was pretty straightforward - video chat with HR. The lady was very helpful and made you feel comfortable. If you passed this stage, you get asked to submit a presentation. After this stage, I was told I would have an interview with the two managers. The interview with the two managers was very awkward - they were not prepared at all. They did not know what questions they wanted to ask or who I was. After the interview they told me I was not successful because I did not seem to have shown a genuine interest in sales - EVEN THO I HAVE WORKED I N SALES FOR 2 years with an amazing record at my company.
