I applied online. I interviewed at Malwarebytes (Clearwater, FL)
Interview
Initial screening with recruiter and then technical phone interview with team followed by onsite interview for 4 hours. Overall interview process is well organized. Onsite interview questions measures your exercise problem solving skills rather than practical problem solving abilities. If you're fresh out of college with a computer science degree and remember algorithm time complexity or solving hackerrank exercises regularly with some time complexity concepts chances are you'll do very well.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Malwarebytes (Tallinn) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a very clean and neat interview. They are not one of the companies that ask silly questions like FizzBuzz when looking for experienced software developers. I was given a homework assignment. At the end of the homework, they asked me to explain the code I wrote. It was an interview that I really liked.
