One of the worst interview i did. The first phone screen was done by the recruiter which was nice and friendly. I loved speaking with her. Then there was a 30min zoom by the HM. I was really annoyed the way she turned up. Her first thing was i don't have much time and got back to back meeting, she wanted to finish it as quickly as possible, she just asked 2 technical question related to troubleshooting. I can tell i was confident in carrying out the job responsibility as mentioned however, they don't bother how much experience and knowledge you have The manager just turned up and said this is a stressful job and lots of staffs have left the job. She wasn't even bothered to know about me anyhow she wanted to end up quickly. How can 2 questions get you to know the candidates? Malwarebytes is loosing high potential candidates because their Hiring manager does not know how to conduct the interview, Please teach them
