1st step was a phone call with the recruiter, he organised the technical interview very fast. 2nd step was a tech screening for 1h and 30min, this process was smooth from the perspective that the interviewers were tough when it comes to difficulty of questions, but they were also very gentle all the time. 3rd step was a phone call with the Hiring Manager, another 1h of soft skills combined with some hard skill questions. Feedback was very fast and I managed to receive the offer in 1 week.

Lacked structure and clarity. I preferred to have a strong clarity on the roles and responsibilities. Hands on with technical take home assessment is much preferred. Overall it was a good experience
