Interview

The interview process was pleasant, but the company is similar to a pyramid layout and the lees than appealing details of the job didn't come out until the last round of interviews when i directly asked about aspects of the job.

Interview

The process was quick and easy. But i felt as if the whole set up was a pyramid scheme but they bought the products for you, all you had to do was sell at a costco or another location.

Applied online through Glassdoor. Contacted back through e-mail to schedule a phone interview date and time. Proceeded through phone interview. Followed with in-person a few days later. Next step was to shadow someone during an event, but was never contacted back to affirm the next step.

Brief. I felt like I was hired before I walked through the door. The turnover rate must be high. My credentials aren't particularly impressive but it's seems like pedestrian career accomplishments are valued at this company.
