The first round was a face to face video interview. The company introduced what they did, how broad and why you should work there. It sounds a great place to work.

1st round was a take home exercise. Provided a constant time solution, but feedback was solution is too complicated (which I disagree), however I do think my testing approach could be better and that alone I feel would justify the rejection, given their standards of expt.
* Focus on testing, keep your solution short and sweet
+ You would be given a chance to defend your choices on the solution
- Feedback was barely helpful
- Second time interviewing with Man, and it was almost 4 years since I last applied, they do hold your last interview performance against you if you got rejected previously

Interview
Was given a take home assignment, the team responds to every single email until you submit. You come up with a smart way to solve a problem and submit, they will stop responding to you. Completely unprofessional... Gives me a feeling they're creating positions just to fish for ideas.
