I applied online. I interviewed at Management Development Services in Dec 2024
Interview
I had a really good experience. I applied through their website on the evening of 20th November. I liked that the application form was based on short answer questions rather than a cover letter. It appears they run two cohorts per year and I selected the spring 25 one. On 21st Nov, I was offered (by email) the chance to book a 1st telephone interview. I didn't get around to booking it till 9th December but I was able to get a slot on 16th December. I'm writing this immediately after before I forget as the questions on here were really helpful.
Paula who interviewed me was right on time and her manner really put me at ease. We worked our way through her questions, interspersed with me getting to ask relevant follow-up questions. At the end, she told me she would like to take my application to the next stage and I was then offered the opportunity to book onto a virtual assessment day on 30th January.
I did and so I've indicated on here that I got an offer and accepted but the offer was only for the next stage not the full scheme so far.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Management Development Services (London, England)
Interview
Online assessment centre involving a group task and a formal 40 minute interview. There were about 10 other candidates on the call. The group task split the group into 2 and we were given a task about which route would be better to take for a delivery.

Question 1
why do you think the leadership programme is right for you?
First you complete a written application, then there was a short phone interview. If you were successful after the phone interview, then there was a virtual assessment centre. After that you find out if you were successful or not.
