Interview
First and Second Round Interview.
Just ask a lot of questions they love that especially Kevin.
Be honest.
You sit down with a current employee most likely someone who has been there for at least a year and you listen to them make calls.
They will tell you how much money you can make and how it is so easy.
Trust me don't believe them. Nothing is easy about Permanent placements and having your income be dependent on another person.

Interview
Phone interview, and several face to face interviews. Each time I came in I sat with a couple senior reps to listen to them make some recruiting calls. People rarely wanted to talk to the recruiters. They will do the takeaway, and then make you ask them for the position to see if you really want the job.

Interview
The interviewing process is a three step process. First the office manager call you back about your resume submitted online. She qualifies you and if she thinks you might be a good fit she sets up an in person interview at their office in Thousand Oaks with one of the executives. Then if that goes well you get a chance to think about it and call back for second in person interview with CEO. If they like you you'll get hired as soon as your ready to start.
