You'll be asked a few basic questions which should be the first sign that these guys are not qualified recruiters. If you have a pulse and can make 100+ phone calls a day you'll get the job.

Very detailed, went over what is expected, compensation plan, benefits talked with other recruiters in the office and listened to them make calls. Met with the owners and training manager and several employees. Very through on explaining the process and what it takes to be successful.
