After applied by Linkedin got the invitation from Management Solutions. There are four sections in total. Normal pre-screen followed with three skype interviews by HR, manager, and partner. The interview by the manager has a series of technical questions and a small case. Others are CV related or appetite questions. I passed through all the stages and got the oral offer but they default in the end. So good to have some backup. Really unprofessional recruiting process in HR team.
