Manchester Early Learning Center interview questions

With a relaxed yet thorough process, it was clear that the interviewers care about children and providing quality early childhood education. My interview took over an hour but went by quickly and enjoyably as I felt a connection with the interviewing team.

Read off of a predetermined set of questions, had a very casual conversation with a program manager and assistant director. The process was very laid back and informal. I heard back that night that I had gotten the job.
