Interview
Group work then one-to-one interview. It was pretty easy and I'd say just use the STAR method to answer all the questions and just be yourself. The interviewer was so friendly and easy to approach.

Interview
Phone interview - it was well organised, and a friendly introduction of the interviewer and their role and the project in general was given. The interviewer was also very informative about the staging of the upcoming interview and reasons for the questions chosen. The interview lasted about half an hour. It was semi-formal, interesting and engaging.
