-Situationally questions, what would you do if a guest isn’t polite/unhappy with the offered daily rate per room
-What is the difference between 4* and 5* service (I came from 4* star hotel).
-Give example of extra mile service.

Interview
So far super lovely, initially you have a phone interview with you department manager which lasts approximately 30 minutes, following a face to face interview with your department manager and finally a interview with the director of HR. I’ve been successful so far, awaiting my final interview. Until now I have always felt at ease with my potential manager, and they genuinely want to get to know you professionally and personally to see whether you would fit in their team.
