Mandatum Life interview questions

The interview process consists of two interviews with team leaders, focusing on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Following these, a psychological evaluation is conducted using standardized tests to measure personality traits, cognitive abilities, and overall fit for the position.

Group discussion followed by individual interviews for the best candidates. Group discussion was mostly fit, and analysing candidates social and group working skills. Little bit of knowledge on financial markets was also tested. Individual interview was purely fit.
