Mandell Nursery School interview questions

The Mandell School interview process was very friendly and the interview staff was knowledgeable and professional. There was a tour of the school and time spent in the classroom. The human resource manager was part of the process and explained everything well. The classroom teacher was pleasant and had time to talk about the job details. Time in the classroom gave me a good idea about the school and the overall feeling was relaxed.

I had a brief face-to-face interview with 2 administrators (it could have been done using Skype, but I happened to be in the neighborhood) and a longer interview including a sample lesson. At all times, the administrators and teachers I spoke with were professional and insightful. They seem to care about their students a great deal. Please note, I was interviewing for a position with the middle school, not the nursery school (but it is the same organization).
