I cleared 1st technical round, and in 2nd technical round the assigned interviewer was not available for our scheduled time, abruptly leaving the call for another matter, which left me waiting without indication of their return. I believe there is room for improvement in streamlining the process to ensure that candidates' time is used more effectively and efficiently
