Final interview round: CPO comes 3 minutes late to the call and asks to finish something first (3 more minutes go by with his camera off and muted). He then starts asking me what am I interviewing for, with whom did I talk to already.. So had literally no clue who I was as a cadidate. He explains a bit about the company and then asks me some questions like: - what is my team setting - with whom do I collaborate on a daily/weekly basis etc. After that he extends the time of the interview by 5 minutes (even though I had my own appointments to which i was late for) and asked if I had questions, which he was not able to answer properly at all. After 4 interview sessions and many people really happy with my profile (head of engineering use these words: best product manager i have ever interviewed) CPO decides that if I dont have a financial background I am not fit for the role.. Summary: Worst interview process of my life. Shows the company is a mess and nobody knows what to do.
