I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (New Delhi) in June 2019
Interview
Scheduled at 9am. It was fine no problems. The only Good thing was it started at 9am itself. It was a written test MCQ's including Aptitude and Technical for a duration around one hour.
To shortlist the candidates for next round it took 2 hours for them. After shortlisted they ask to sit inside work place. Meanwhile they provide us coupon for lunch. And again after lunch we have to wait for complete 2 hours for the 2nd round. 2nd round is F2F Technical Interview. Don't know what type of resources they were expecting. They were throwing architect level expertise questions for a requirement of 2 year experience Java developer.
This company don't know the value of anyone's time and they won't respect it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Manhattan Associates (Bengaluru) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was a easy interview and they mainly focused on basic questions of core java even the interviewer are very supportive. They started with some logical programming questions and SQL queries.
The worst interview and selection process till date. All the details were provided to HR beforehand and they proceeded with tech interview which I cleared. And then there was radio silence aftr managerial round. Aftr that HR informed that-manager was not ready to hire me due to stability issue(relocation). And that coming from a guy who turned up 15 min late for the interview! Don't waste your time guys find better companies and let these people lecture about stability by coming 15 min late! Advice to management would be to maybe not to waste people's time if you aren't interested.
