Submitted resume and cover letter. Recieved a phone call a few days later requesting a phone interview. This lasted about half an hour and I was invited for an in-person interview. Receieved an offer a few days later

We visited a potential client together, worked an an assessment a bit without an agreement of any sort, then I have not heard from Manhattan Information Systems.

This was a bit strange, I was wondering whether they charged for my assessment and hired somebody for less, or just did not get the contract at all.
