The interview consisted of a panel of teachers and administrators and followed a pre-determined list of questions. I was given a written outline of the interview questions about 15 min. before it began so I could begin coming up with answers. That was very helpful. Some of the questions were pretty tough, in that they required complex answers and examples of how I would handle a variety of hypothetical situations. Everyone on the panel was friendly, which was helpful.
