However the consultants that do the interview are grads or have at most 2 years experience. Not sure how they allow employees to conduct interviews
Went to a face to face interview and the director/ceo MC is the most arrogant guy I have ever met
He has no clue about software delivery and makes it known that he is king in the room
The other junior consultants also have very little experience from what it looks like
Says wonders about the culture of the place if the interview process is this bad
If the directors see this please get off your high horse and come down to earth, this is not how you build a business
