MapleLabs Python Developer interview questions

I recently underwent a disappointing interview process with MapleLabs, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The interview process consisted of four rounds over seven days: First round (HR): Discussed reasons for job change, current and expected CTC, details about the role, and other HR questions. Second round (Coding + Technical): Questions based on Python concepts and database-related queries. Third round (Advanced Coding + Technical): Included a system design question similar to Splitwise and additional Python coding questions. Fourth round (Techno-Managerial): Discussed my current projects, contributions, challenges faced, debugging production issues, and other behavioral questions. The technical manager asked about my expected CTC, was okay with my expectations, and provided positive feedback about hiring. All these rounds happened within seven days. Four days after my last interview, I received a call from HR asking for current and expected CTC details, which I confirmed as previously discussed with the technical manager. After that call, I followed up with HR multiple times over the next nine days but received no updates. Finally, on the tenth day, HR informed me that they could not proceed with my application without providing any reason. This process not only wasted seven days of my time but also left me in the dark for an additional nine days. Given the positive feedback from the technical manager and the extensive effort I put into the interview process, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from MapleLabs I hope this feedback prompts the company to reconsider their approach to candidate communication and decision-making, ensuring a more respectful and transparent process in the future.

3 rounds of interview: round 1 - basic python questions round 2 - mid level python questions and small programs round 3 - managerial round It was totally a waste of time. Conducted 3 rounds of interview just to say to get ghosted. Should improve the process by improving the interviewers skills. Worst interview process. They are not interested in hiring the right candidate.
