I have been on both sides of the interview process. There is often a phone call to start off to make sure the candidate is interested in teaching at the school. Then there is an interview, usually through zoom, with the Principal and a couple of other teachers/admin. The questions are the same each time and the interviewers rotate in asking you each question. There are about 12 questions total. In all the interviews I have been involved in they have given the questions before so you have time to prepare. They will usually decide within a day on who they want to hire.
