3 interview process. 1st interview is a preliminary where they are just getting to know you a bit. Second interview is to ask questions to see if you're a fit for the job. If you get invited for the third it will most likely be brief and end with a handshake and a welcome to the team.

I had a 15 min. interview then I got asked to come back for another later the same day. They told me that the 2nd interview is going to go over more of the step by step operations.

I applied for this position through career builder and received an email the same day. The woman that called was very friendly and set me up with an interview with the hiring director the next day. I arrived at the office which was in a nice location. I was brought back to an office with the hiring director for the first interview. The interview was about where i found the job and a little about myself and the company. The interview lasted no more than 15 minutes. The hiring director offered me a second interview that same day. The 2nd interview was about 45 min in length. We went over the steps of the training process as well as expectations. toward the end of the interview we went over the pay structure. The third interview was more about the hiring process and the job offer.
