Had a couple nice interactions with the crew, both individually on an HR screen and then a group interview. The job, the company, and the attitudes and experiences of those I spoke with comported well with my desires and expectations.
I was then ghosted by the company and would appreciate it if employers would do prospective employees the courtesy of a note indicating the search has led the company elsewhere, etc.

Question 1
Describe a way in which you used data to help guide business executives to a better decision than you think they might've had before your presentation.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MarcoPolo Learning (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
Did a group interview with a Product Manager and the CEO of the company. The interview went well enough--there were no challenging questions. They extended an offer, but asked how much I wanted and the initial salary I suggested was too much. The CEO immediately ridiculed me, refused to believe I'd accept a lower amount, and then disappeared--returning a week later to let me know he'd interviewed a different candidate and he was going to extend that candidate an offer. The CEO has a cruel, defensive streak. I dodged a bullet not getting hired at this company.
Went through two rounds of interviews (1st one 30 mins, 2nd one 1hr), only to be ghosted by them. Almost 3 months later and not even the courtesy of a rejection email, even after sending them a follow up email.
