Meeting with the sales manager over coffee. Very relaxed. Casual. Nothing too crazy. Asked the standard sales questions about handling objections, asking for the close etc. Given that it is all commission based they are looking for head count.

Interview was easy. This was my first job opportunity out of college. Interviewed with the regional manager where we had a conversation about my background and interests and it went from there.
