I was interviewed at SugarBox Networks in the month of June 2021. I cleared all the 5 rounds and finally before HR round they had rejected without any reason. Please don't waste your time interviewing with this company, they have sufficient free time to take number of round as much as they want and play with you as like playing with kids. Total interview process was confusing what is their requirements. After reading all the reviews here i was little confuse about the process and finally realise that all these were true.

I was interviewed at SugarBox Networks in the month of May 2019. I cleared all the rounds and they were pleased to offer me a Senior role job opportunity at Margo Networks Pvt. Ltd. After receiving the Offer Letter for Employment, I was about to resign from the current organization and was ready to accept their offer. But somehow, after two weeks of discussion regarding the revised offer letter(to correct some details and revise the CTC as they agreed to match with the CTC of counter offer), HR says that 'The position which you applied for has been kept on hold and We shall let you know once the position becomes open.' After lopping the senior members into the mail chain, they came to the conclusion that there was some miscommunication happened and they cannot proceed with the candidature. During those two weeks of discussion, I got no choice but to reject the other offer as I was told that they will do a match with the counter offer and I was interested in joining the SugarBox Networks. So lastly, I have no offer in hand and have to start looking for other opportunities.
